Return Policy:

Please order carefully as we do not accept returns due to change of mind. We will exchange faulty garments if they are returned within 14 days of purchase – complete with tags intact and proof of purchase. If we no longer have that item in stock, we will credit your account for the amount of the garment(s). Sale Items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, so we ask you to please keep this in mind when ordering sale items.

Payment:

All stock must be paid for before delivery or at the time of pick up. We accept credit/debit card (except AMEX), bank transfer. If ordering over the phone or email – we accept credit card details or bank transfers. When doing a bank transfer to pay for stock, we ask you to send the transfer receipt so we can send your stock the same day. Otherwise we must wait until the payment appears in the account before sending your order.

Delivery:

If you cannot visit our showroom in person, we use courier nationawide.

Please note: delivery times can vary depending on your location.This is a rough guide and exceptions may apply in certain circumstances.

NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT - Country: 1-4 business days (depending on location)

SA, NT and WA- Metro and Country – 1 – 5 business days (depending on location)

5kg Satchel: $15

Box (up to 20kg):$15 to $28 Sydney Metro,

$28 + for other locations depending on zone.

Deliveries can also be made to New Zealand. Upon request we can obtain a freight quote.
